Our Butterfly chair frames and covers are made in Melbourne and are based on the iconic BKF chair. Designed c.1937, the BKF was itself inspired by earlier timber ‘campaign’ chairs.
Our Butterfly covers are designed to fit our Butterfly frames (sold separately) and are made in a mildew and rot resistant poly-canvas.
Frames are made from brushed stainless steel (grade 304) and available in 3 options: stainless steel, black or white powdercoat finish. The Powdercoated option is over stainless steel, making for an incredibly long-lasting product.
Our covers have a 1 year guarantee when used exclusively with our Butterfly frames.
Purchase & Shipping
Butterfly chair frames and covers are sold individually and are available for purchase at our Fitzroy showroom. Butterfly frames can be mailed Australia wide with AirRoad Direct.
