Refunds & Returns
- We do not offer returns on vintage items or 'change of mind'.
- All sale items and gift cards are final sale.
- Butterfly chair covers and frames in original conditioned can be exchanged only.
- We don not accept exchanges on vintage stock
- At the business owners discretion we will consider a return of vintage items minus a 20% restocking fee.
Postage & Freight
- We endeavour to package and ship your goods purchased within 2 business days.
- Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address. If a parcel is returned to us a resending fee will be charged prior to it being re dispatched.
- Postage fees will not be refunded for 'change of mind' or incorrect sized Butterfly covers that are purchased for non-Angelucci frames.
- Online sales requiring freight quotes will be organised via fitzroy@angelucci.net.au. Please provide product details and delivery address. Due to the varying weight, volume and fragility of vintage items we will need to obtain a tailored freight quote based on your location and item purchased.
- Once items have been despatched from our premises, we will not be held
responsible for any delays that may occur due to disruptions to that service.
Whilst we aim to use the most efficient services available, timing is out of our
control once in the hands of the carrier. - Our freight fees do not include insurance and we will not be held responsible
for any damage, breakages or loss of item after departure from our premises.
Items posted through Aus Post can be insured for a modest fee– please let us
know if insurance is required. - All prices are in Australian dollars and delivery is for Australia only.
