Shipping policy
We endeavour to package and ship your goods purchased within 2 business days.
Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address. If a parcel is returned to us a resending fee will be charged prior to it being re dispatched.
Postage fees will not be refunded for 'change of mind' or incorrect sized Butterfly covers.
Online sales requiring freight will be organised via fitzroy@angelucci.net.au. Please provide product details and delivery address. Due to the varying weight, volume and fragility of vintage items we will need to obtain a unique freight quote based on your location and item purchased.
Our freight fees do not include insurance and we will not be held responsible for any damage, breakages, delays or loss of item after departure from our premises.
Our smaller items are packed well and sent with Australia Post or AirRoad. In the rare instance that damage occurs to your item in transit you must adhere to our strict refund policy by holding on to items and all packaging. You must get in touch with us via email fitzroy@angelucci.net.au within 48 hours so we can assess the damage and provide next steps to properly process your refund or return.
All prices are in Australian dollars and delivery is for Australia only.
