Refunds & Returns
- We do not offer returns on vintage items or 'change of mind'.
- All sale items and gift cards are final sale.
- Butterfly chair covers and frames in original condition can be exchanged only.
- We do not offer exchanges on vintage stock.
- At the business owners discretion we will consider a return of vintage items minus a 20% restocking fee.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
