Description
Limited edition hand painted porcelain wall plaque by Swedish surrealist artist Max Walter Svanberg, (1912-1994). Designed for Swedish Rörstrand in the 1970s. Artist's signature on the back including description of the motif: "Illusionary conception while the sealed daughters of the sun unfold the sea''s billowing swell". In good vintage condition. Hanging mount to rear.
