Angelucci 20th Century is Hiring
We are looking for a Mid-Century enthusiast to work at our Fitzroy showroom each Saturday.
Ideally this role would suit someone looking for casual work with an interest in 20th Century Design / Interior Design with retail experience.
This may change as training increases and may be asked to work the occasional full Saturday and/or Sunday to support our existing casual staff.
Sales - Excellent customer service and mature response to sales enquiries and transactions. This involves emails, phone calls and in store communication. We deal with residential and trade enquiries regularly with a focus on relationship building.
General retail duties - Assisting in movement of stock from our warehouse to showroom. General showroom maintenancce. Sales related administration.
Our focus is restored 20th century European furnishings, bespoke range of locally manufactured 'Hollywood'and 'Slimline' sofas and curated range of complementary homewares.
A background in furniture, interiors, soft furnishings or proven retail experience is desired.
An ability to articulate and help assist in client decision making from homewares purchases through to larger residential and commercial purchases.
Attention to detail with intermediate computer skills. Excel / Word / Outlook
There will be several full days of training with ongoing support regarding the operation and day to day function of the business to help support you in the role.
